The production bases of Kenar are equipped with machinery by the world leading producers of equipment for the food industry – YORK® International, MECA® Plastic Group, Rational®.
The control of delivery and the trade network includes:
- special equipped refrigerating vans for transportation of the ingredients and the end-products
- high-tech system for orders and distribution
- weekly control over the partners in the trade network
The quality standards mentioned in the White book for safety of the foods and approved as uniform for the European Union Member-States are the base on which Kenar builds and reconstructs its production and technological processes.
Future Standardization of Kenar
ISO 22 000 is the new international quality and food safety standard, uniting the ISO standards and the HACCP system special features, regarding the food industry area.
Precisely ISO 22 000 - acquired by none of the Bulgarian manufacturers so far, is in a process of adoption at Kenar Ltd., as the establishment has already developed and implemented the system of Good Production Practices.
