Supervisor — Northwest Bulgaria
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Planning, management and control over the team of trade agents and merchandisers;
- Development of the trade region of which he/she is responsible;
- Performing of direct visits to clients;
- Promoting and offering the company's products and current promotions;
- Take part in the recruitment and training of his/her subordinates.
Requirements for this job position:
- Higher education — it is desirable to be in the trade, economics or marketing fields;
- Experience in the field of trade team management — 1 year minimum;
- Experience in the field of direct sales — 2 years minimum;
- Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills;
- Driving license;
- Computer literacy.
